NORTH BEACH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

Repair sections of Beachwalk that are broken. 

In the next nourishment, add sand not only to the south section of the beach, but also to the middle section of the beach near Surfside Park and Gulfspray Avenue.

Build the proposed North Beach Breakwater to lessen beach erosion, protect properties and public amenities, create wildlife habitat, and enhance tourism opportunities.

Build sidewalks and bike lanes to connect Harbors/Lighthouse to the Eco Park and the east side of North Beach.

Continue to prioritize improvements to North Beach parks (Eco Park, Dolphin Park, Surfside Park, Kiwanis Park, History Plaza)

Improve public roads leading to the beach by elevating the east end with fill dirt to help alleviate tidal flooding. Can be included in Phase 2 drainage improvements.

Add benches and palm trees to the Beachwalk.
