Group Memberships = $250/year

Home Owners Associations on North Beach join forces through NBCA's Group Membership, which makes every condo owner or home owner also a member of NBCA. Our current Group Members are: 

• The Harbors HOA
• The Beach Place HOA
• The Breakers HOA
• Las Brisas HOA
• Villa del Sol HOA

Individual Memberships = $20/year

NBCA's Individual Membership is open to all North Beach home owners and property owners who don't fall under an HOA Group Membership.  This level of membership includes all members of the household.

Business Memberships = $50/year

NBCA's name includes the word "Community" because we represent residents, property owners and business owners. Although we do have a few Business Members, we encourage more North Beach businesses to join our efforts.
